I met Raymond while working at NARA. Raymond was a good guy who kept a smile on his face and would always say something funny to make you laugh.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family and may God wrap his arms around you and keep you strong. To Regina and Irene I know that you miss your brother and nephew. May the the special memories you made together help you through this difficult time. God Bless.
